Upcoming Events

In light of recent events and to protect our residents, we have taken the decision to postpone all consultation events that involve face-to-face interactions. All events will now be moved to a digital and print format so that residents can continue to provide feedback on our designs for the new estate and ensure that your new homes meet your requirements.

Instead of holding traditional public exhibitions, we will be holding a virtual event which will be held on this site on the Virtual Public Exhibition page. These will showcase digital boards which will display our early proposals for the estate and give you an opportunity to provide feedback and influence the design of your new estate. At specific times, members of the project team will be available to ‘live chat’ so you can directly ask questions about the project.

More information will be coming soon about future engagement during this time of disruption. If you have any questions then please contact the Engagement team at joyceandsnells@enfield.gov.uk on 07866 153699.

Timeline

Building on previous events and the exhibition that took place in January, the Regeneration Team want residents to take part as much as possible in the planned engagement activities. As the Council does not yet know when the restrictions due to Coronavirus will be lifted, the timeline below relates to online engagement. We will reopen Boundary Hall as soon as possible and if we can we’ll hold the exhibitions there as well.

June 20 – New website launched

June 20 – Virtual Village Hall launched and first online exhibition

June 20 –  Next edition of GiveMyView poll questions for residents to answer

July 20 – Second online exhibition

Sep 20 – Third online exhibition

Autumn 20 – Ballot (subject to any restriction still in place)

Give My View will be updated every few weeks and is a platform for residents to influence decisions about the design of their home, estate and neighbourhood. These polls will give us a clearer picture of the priorities of residents so we can ensure these are at the forefront of our design principles for your new homes.
